Quick Wins is a self-paced online masterclass of 15 sales strategies with templates and examples, $97 one payment. Who it suits, who should skip it, how it compares with other routes, and a 90-day way to use it. Checked 6 November 2026.

Disclosure: Simple-Growth publishes this guide and offers one of the four options below (one-to-one coaching). Everything about the other three comes from pages they publish themselves, opened in November 2026. We have not been paid by any of them, and none has reviewed this page.

Short answer: pick by the problem you have today, not by the brand. If your team keeps dropping balls, look at EOS. If nobody knows who you are, look at Key Person of Influence. If you are lonely at the top and want peers, look at EO. If you are not sure which of those is the real constraint, start with a diagnosis before you spend a dollar.

Why the choice matters this quarter

NZIER's September 2026 survey, as summarised by Westpac IQ, shows general business sentiment at +40 and hiring intentions at +23, while past trading sat at -1. Confidence is up. Your own trading may not be. That gap is where a wrong investment hurts most, because there is more temptation to spend and less cash coming in to cover a miss.

The four options, one at a time

1. EOS, through a certified Implementer

  • The job it does: gives your leadership team one operating system: vision, people, data, issues, process and traction.
  • Format, as published: a 15-minute matching call, then a free 90-minute EOS Strategy Session. Fees for ongoing Implementer work were not published on the pages we opened.
  • Suits you if: you have a leadership team and want to run the business without being the bottleneck.
  • Probably not yet if: you are a solo owner with no team.
  • Proof published: a large global user base is claimed on EOS pages, and the EOS directory lists Implementers in Auckland.

2. Key Person of Influence (Dent Global)

  • The job it does: builds your personal authority and lead flow through a set of "assets of influence".
  • Format, as published: a 12-month programme of 10-day sprints, live sessions and a community. No price is published; the page directs you to a free strategy call.
  • Suits you if: you run a service business the page describes as roughly £200K to £2M in revenue and can give 3 to 5 hours a week.
  • Probably not if: you are pre-revenue, want passive income, or need results within a week (the page says so itself).
  • Proof published: ten named client results, self-reported on the page.

3. EO New Zealand

  • The job it does: a peer network with learning and events for entrepreneurs.
  • Format, as published: an experience-based network with workshops, business stories and social events. Membership criteria and fees were not stated on the page we opened.
  • Suits you if: you want peers who have faced what you face. The NZ chapter reports 100+ members.
  • Probably not if: you want hands-on help with your own numbers and plan.
  • Proof published: two member testimonials.

4. One-to-one coaching (Simple-Growth)

  • The job it does: finds your single biggest constraint and works it through with you.
  • Format: regular one-to-one sessions, in person in Auckland or online. Simple-Growth publishes its coaching bands on its site.
  • Suits you if: you are not sure what is actually holding growth back.
  • Probably not if: you want a structured group curriculum.
  • Proof published: nine named testimonials on the Simple-Growth site.

How to choose in ten minutes

  • Write down the one thing that, if fixed, would change your year. Not three. One.
  • Match it to the job. Dropped balls and meeting chaos point to EOS. Invisible brand and thin pipeline point to Key Person of Influence. Isolation points to EO. "I don't know" points to a diagnosis.
  • Check the fit gate. The strongest providers say plainly who they are not for. If a page does not, ask on the free call.
  • Ask what is free first. EOS offers a free 90-minute session. Dent offers a free strategy call. Simple-Growth offers free sales training and a free 30-minute call. Use them to test fit before you pay.
  • Ask what the first 90 days will change. If the answer is hours, activities or content rather than a number you can check, keep asking.

What we found when we looked

Three of the four providers do not publish a price on the pages we opened, which makes comparing on cost impossible until you are on a call. We think owners deserve better, so we publish ours. Funding may help too: eligible NZ businesses can use the Regional Business Partner Network and the Management Capability Development Fund. Check the MCDF page for current caps and eligibility.

FAQ

Is EOS a coach? EOS describes itself as an operating system delivered by certified Implementers. The pages we opened describe a session-based process rather than open-ended coaching.

Can I do more than one? Yes. An owner with a team might run EOS for the operating rhythm and still want a coach to challenge strategy. Add one at a time so you can tell what is working.

How do you rate these? We did not. This page names who each option suits and where we found each fact. It makes no claim that one is better.

Is Simple-Growth the right fit? If you are not sure what is holding growth back, book a free 30-minute call and we will tell you honestly if someone else suits you better.
