Your sales report looks great. Your bank balance doesn't agree. Here's the strategic fix most growing SME owners miss, and how to find the handful of customers who actually pay you.
Short answer: one third-party guide puts the cost of working with an EOS Implementer at $20,000 to $45,000 a year, typically for two years. EOS Worldwide itself does not publish a standard fee on the page we read, and each Implementer sets their own rate. That is a lot to commit before you know whether the operating system suits your business, so here are the questions to ask first.
Kevin D'Ambros-Smith is a business coach and advisor who has coached 200+ businesses one-on-one across 30+ industries since 2017, after a career at DDB, Ogilvy and Saatchi and Saatchi and founding nine companies. He works with US owners online. Every source below was opened on 2 November 2026, and anything we could not confirm was left out.

Strety, a software company that sells tools for EOS users, published a cost guide on 15 July 2026 and last modified it on 26 October 2026. It quotes a Grow Exceptional FAQ saying to expect between $20,000 and $45,000 per year for two years. Its own calculations put a session day at $3,000 to $9,000 in the body and $3,000 to $7,000 in the FAQ. The article notes that these are its own estimates, not published Implementer rates.
The same guide says a full implementation runs 18 to 24 months and includes about 10 paid session days over two years, mostly in year one. It also says EOS Worldwide's own revenue estimator for Implementers starts at a $4,000 session fee and accepts up to $15,000 a day. Because the rates are set by each Implementer, always get the fee in writing.
EOS Worldwide's homepage invites you to schedule a free 90-Minute Meeting, offers a free Organizational Checkup on a separate site, and lists five free tools to download: the Vision/Traction Organizer, Accountability Chart, Scorecard, Rocks and Level 10 Meeting. According to the Strety guide, the paid path is a Focus Day, two Vision Building days, then quarterly and annual sessions. Pricing was not shown on the homepage.
That makes the free steps a sensible place to start. Many teams can learn a lot from the free tools before they decide on a paid engagement.
These questions work on any provider, including Kevin. Ask every candidate the same ones and compare the answers.
An operating system and a coach do different jobs, and many owners use both. Kevin is a business coach, not an EOS Implementer. He works on the constraint: more customers, a sharper offer, better margin. In his Know Your Numbers training he describes a solvent recycler client who sold containers at $40 and made $5 on each. Kevin had him go to $50, which lifted the margin to about $15 a container. As Kevin puts it, "The best way to grow your profitability is put your price up." That was a margin problem, not a meeting-rhythm problem.
The SBA Office of Advocacy counts 36,207,130 small businesses in the United States as of February 2026. If your team is smaller than the 20-plus range where Strety's rubric points to a full engagement, it pays to name your constraint before you pick a system.
One third-party guide, Strety, quotes $20,000 to $45,000 a year, typically for two years, and estimates $3,000 to $9,000 per session day. These are not published rates, so get your Implementer's fee in writing.
It depends on your constraint. The Strety rubric points to full engagement for companies of roughly 20 to 250 people with recurring accountability problems. For smaller teams, the free tools may be enough to start.
EOS Worldwide offers a free 90-Minute Meeting, a free Organizational Checkup and five free tools to download.
We cannot say. We have no confirmed fees to compare, and Simple-Growth's price bands are not published here. Ask any provider for a written fee schedule and term.
