Strategic advisory for owners and leadership teams facing a big decision: where to play, how to win, what to price, and what to stop. Corporate-calibre thinking, delivered in plain English.

Advisor or coach?

A coach helps you make and keep decisions through questions, accountability and a regular rhythm. An advisor brings specific expertise and a clear recommendation on a defined problem. Many owners need both at different times. Kevin works in both modes, and will tell you which one your situation needs.

Typical advisory work

  • Growth strategy and the one-page plan to deliver it
  • Positioning, brand and what makes you different
  • Offer design and pricing that protects margin
  • Go-to-market for a new product, channel or country
  • Loyalty, retention and repeat-purchase strategy
  • Where AI can remove cost and time across the business

What clients say

"I catch up with Kevin once a week and it is definitely the highlight of my week... I would not have considered the B2C market as an opportunity before working with Kevin and now it is a major focus for us."

John Roberts, Co-owner and COO, Oragene

"He understood the business straightaway, was able to identify some of the areas where we could grow it, and some of the things to park."

Sarah McGuinness, Founder and CEO, Revolutionaries of Wellbeing

"What we achieved in the last 3 months working with Kevin would have taken 2 years. Kevin's assistance has been very inspirational to our staff."

Business advisory: questions answered

Do you work with leadership teams or just owners?

Both. Advisory often works best with the owner and the two or three people who will carry the plan, so the decision and the delivery stay connected.

How is an advisory engagement structured?

Usually a defined problem, a diagnosis, a recommendation and a 90-day plan, followed by regular check-ins while it is implemented. Ongoing monthly or weekly advisory is available for owners who want a standing outside view.

Which industries do you advise?

Any industry. Experience spans FMCG and food, retail and eCommerce, finance and banking, insurance, telecommunications, automotive, health, construction, engineering, professional services and loyalty programmes.

Will you challenge our thinking?

Yes. Good advice includes telling you what to stop doing. Expect candour, not cheerleading.
