Owners of established Auckland businesses, from 7-figure operators to companies turning over $100m+ a year, in any industry. You are growing, but not as fast as you know you could. You want an outside perspective, you are open to being challenged, and you want corporate-calibre strategy without the corporate jargon.

What you get

  • A clear diagnosis of the one constraint holding growth back
  • A 90-day plan with owners, deadlines and the numbers to watch
  • Strategy, marketing, sales and productivity in one system
  • Practical ways to put AI to work so the plan gets done faster
  • Direct access between sessions for quick decisions

How coaching works

In person at The Icehouse in Parnell, or online on Google Meet.

1. Discovery call

30 minutes, no obligation. We look at where the business is, where you want it to be, and whether I am the right person to help.

2. Strategy session

A 2-hour first session: your five-year vision for the business and your life, the real constraint, and your 90-day priorities.

3. Fortnightly rhythm

Typically one 1-hour session a fortnight, with clear actions, accountability and every note kept in your private Client Hub.

Auckland business coaching: questions answered

Where do we meet?

In person at The Icehouse, Level 4, 123 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, or online on Google Meet. Many Auckland clients mix both.

What industries do you work with?

Any industry. Kevin's experience spans FMCG and food, retail and eCommerce, construction and building products, engineering and manufacturing, professional and IT services, health and allied health, hospitality, finance, automotive and loyalty programmes. Clients are chosen by mindset, not sector.

Can coaching be co-funded?

Possibly. Simple-Growth offers services that are registered with the Management Capability Development Fund. Funding is decided by your Regional Business Partner Growth Advisor, is limited and is not guaranteed. Find out more at business.govt.nz/regional-business-partner-network.

How quickly will I see results?

Most owners leave the first session with clarity and at least one action for that week. Expect measurable movement within 90 days if the agreed actions get done between sessions.

Is there a lock-in contract?

We review progress together at every milestone. You will never be locked into something that is not paying off.

Growing, but not as fast as you know it could?

Thirty minutes. One clear next move, whether we work together or not.
